— About
I walked
the path first.
Unlost was born from a loss of self. After years of achieving everything the world said would bring fulfillment — and still feeling lost — the work began. Not the work of doing more; not adding more titles or awards to the resume, but through the work of subtraction. That was the way back to who I was always meant to be.
Today, that journey is the foundation of everything offered here. This is not built from theory or textbooks, but born of experience. Confronting the lies I told myself and accepting the "dark" parts of me to realign my own Oneness showed me the importance of orientation, vs speed, to go further. There's no point in going fast in the wrong direction.
Through this process, I uncovered a knowing that I already had everything I needed — and ever would need. This put me back on the path to living in the gifts I was born with. And this is what I love to guide others toward. To re-find their own light within. Because the Universe doesn't respond to what you want, but who you are. This is not reinvention. This is remembering.
Welcome Home.
— The Story
High achievement. Deep emptiness. The moment everything changed.
There was a time when anxiety was the engine. The alarm before the alarm. Attempting to control every outcome, to ensure a success that society told me was the standard. By every external measure, it worked brilliantly. But the cost was an invisible loss of self.
The turning point wasn't dramatic. It was quiet. A moment of sitting in the middle of a "successful" life and feeling completely, inexplicably lost. I experienced a Dark Night of the Soul. Ego attachment came crashing down. It was like the person who had built the beautiful building on the outside had somehow forgot to furnish the inside.
That question — "Where did I go?" — became the foundation of Unlost. The answer wasn't found in another strategy, another certification, or another achievement. It was found in the slow, courageous work of remembering. Of peeling back the performance to re-find the true essence within.
That work is now offered to you. Not as a prescription. Not as a formula. But as a light finder on the path you already have available to you.
— Philosophy
What this work is built on.
You're not a problem to solve
The exhaustion, the emptiness, the sense that something is missing — these are not signs of failure. They are invitations. Your system is asking you to return home.
Production Is Not Identity
You built an extraordinary life on the outside. But somewhere along the way, the doing became the being. This work separates the two — gently, and permanently.
The Body Knows First
Before the mind catches up, the body is already signaling. Learning to listen to that intelligence is one of the most powerful skills a high performer can develop.
Remembering, Not Becoming
You are not here to become someone new. You are here to remember who you were before the world told you who to be.
"You were never lost. You were just looking for yourself in all the wrong places."

What clients say.
"I can honestly say that my experience with Ida was transformative. I completed my training with more confidence, focus, and skills that will help me improve my leadership and life skills. Her focus on details, warm personality, and engagement allow for complete transparency and productivity."
Smith Sakima
Bob Frick Research Chair Heart Failure and Arrhythmia, Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiologist, Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center
"Ida is fantastic! She is the executive leadership coach for our Pioneering Women in Reconstructive Surgery program, a one of a kind training fellowship for first generation women reconstructive surgeons. From day one, Ida is able to build a safe, trusted and connected space for these women, who often face gender discrimination and silencing as they try to help others. Through the work with Ida, the PWRS women are able to reaffirm their unique abilities, build esteem in themselves and navigate conflicts with confidence, power and authenticity to their selves. Ida is also very open to change and adapting to different conditions and needs, so a joy to work with."
Erica Tan, M.B.A.
Senior Marketing Leader, L'Oréal
"To say that the work Ida does is transformational, would be an understatement. She approaches life from a place of compassion and understanding, while at the same time challenging you and holding you accountable. She allows you to uncover truths about yourself that were lying under the surface. She is truly one of the most remarkable coaches I have ever had. And she is an even better human being."
